Scott has a keen interest in sports injuries qualifying in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation with experience in in high level functional rehabilitation, injury prevention, sports massage, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, taping, manual therapy, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, biomechanics and exercise physiology.
He has recently qualified in July 2015 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy with skills in manual therapy, joint mobilisations, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, an understanding in the assessment and treatment of wide ranging conditions from musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory and orthopaedic.
Scott has gained experience working as a Sport Rehabilitator for Hull RUFC 1st and 2nd XV, also providing pitch side cover and academy support at Scunthorpe Utd football club.
Scott has also worked for 3 years as a physiotherapy assistant for Cambridge Neuro-Physiotherapy helping people with a wide range of neurological disabilities recover in their own homes. He has gained experience in the NHS for 4 years.
Due to interest in sport he has gained qualifications in Wheelchair basketball, having passed the leadership award and referee certificate, as well as club level coach in Trampoline Gymnastics.
Scott has passed the APPI Level 1 in Pilates, as well as 2 sports taping courses and a Myofascial release course.
